it's awesome to see that humanity really isn't deteriorating all that much, which is kind of the view one gets when reading a lot of curriculum-required fatalistic/pessimistic literature.
so many people donated blood just for the sake of donating, not just to get out of class or to work off detentions. i think the human race deserves a better rep. haha.

Oh no
I forgot to make a post yesterday, but that's okay :)
Yesterday was pretty fun for the little I did. First, as usual, I had SAT class. It wasn't bad at all :) especially since I found out my score raised AHHHHHHHH :) :) :)!
After that David and I met up at the library to do AP summer assignments, which ended up failing.
First we tried to prove the invalidity of his SAT school, which we were unsuccessful at, and then we both fell asleep.
But we're going to meet up again after I finish reading my books hahaha.
After the library I had a sweets craving so we headed over to Coldstone. The geniuses we are, we decided to ask for a job application, which they were 'all out of' :(
Funny how the other three stores we asked 'were all out' too :(
So we ran across the street to Trader Joe's where you have to be 18 to work.
Then we tried goldenspoon-- 18 also.
THENNNNNN we took the bus, and managed to FINALLY get a job application at JJ Bakery :) :).
Hoping to broaden our options we also visited Marie Callendars, but you must be 17 to work there :(
So we meticulously filled out our JJ applications and turned them in all excited and hopeful, but to our dismay the lady working there said there was no room :'(
Sad.
After I got home I just vegetated around drawing and reading and stuff, but then I got a call around 12/1? to watch the meteor shower :)
So I went to my backyard, grabbed a blanket (yes after I went to my backyard because it got colder after I went out) and lay on my outdoor rocking chair thing.
Before last night, I had never seen shooting stars before, and it was reaaaaallly amazing!
I saw six, one off from my lucky number, but that's okay :)
There were two that were SUPER bright and, just wow :)

A little late, but finally going to see it (at the Woodbridge dollar theater).
I would celebrate, but I'm in a lot of pain :(
Okay bye!

Sunday Sundae
Woke up at 8:30 am and took 20 minutes to shower/get ready and get to church by 9 with Yasmin :)
It was fun, service seemed a little empty because so many people are at missions right now, but it was still nice.
Then Yasmin and I waited until like 12 for a friend to finish playing for praise band, got lunch, and then bumdadadummm STRICKLANDS <3
Stricklands has become like a weekly thing for us now, it's nice :) and definitely delicioussssss.
After Yasmin left though we went to a drive-thru car wash and had a little fiasco, but then we got it fixed, and now his car is nice and shiny :)
So now I'm home, and I'm a little sleepy, but I might go out and see GI Joe. Hahah and I was supposed to be studying today, or doing AP assignments. Ah, only a month left to do those. I'll start soon :)

Fe Fi Fo Fum
That's what the giant disturbances on my face are saying to me :(
Stupid, irritating, horrible, abhorrent cystic acne :(
Well, I had fun yesterday, and today!
Which is good. Hahah wow, I can't form complete sentences anymore because practicing SAT essays has crippled my ability to write or say anything coherent.

It was Adam's (my cousin's son, so I guess my nephew which means I am an aunt :o, or an 이모 or an 姑妈) 100th day today, and I suppose it's a Korean if not Asian Tradition to celebrate a baby's 100th day.
I know, I only have a picture of his 90% consumed cream puff tart tower (which was decadent by the way) instead of him :(
I didn't have my camera, only my phone :(
Adam is ADORABLE :)
and I love his little toes and little ears and all his fat!

Oh yeah, and one of my friends figured out this 'metaphor' for Lars and the Real Girl which I found really interesting and insightful :)
The Awesome Words of Ashley Aguirre:
"I think Lars&theRealGirl is a metaphor for how the relationship we have with our "first love" is often more about the changes that one undergoes, personally, and less about the other person. How you are changed afterwards, for the better, and go on to have REAL relationships, with real, breathing, bleeding people, not plastic ones you have simply infatuated into being everything you need. Hmm just my opinion hahaha."
